Free Legal Services in Virginia
The U.S. Department of Justice lists organizations and attorneys who provide free legal services and/or referrals for such services to indigent individuals in immigration removal proceedings, pursuant to 8 CFR §1003.61. Some of these organizations may also charge a nominal fee for legal services to certain low income individuals.

National Conference on Citizenship
The National Conference on Citizenship (NCoC) is a federally chartered corporation whose mission is to encourage a more active, engaged citizenry. Founded in 1946 to sustain the spirit of cooperation that bound citizens together during World War II, the NCoC was granted a federal charter by a unanimous act of the Congress in 1953. Federal charters are granted to organizations conducting activities of national scope, of patriotic, charitable or educational purpose, in a nonpartisan manner, and of unique character.
